"Yes, it's nice"

date: October 27, 2009

It's a quality ame overall, but there are a few things I don't care for.

I don't like the drug references.
I question the use of guns and knives in a game like this.

A few changes that should be made:

Everybody should start with the same stats. You shouldn't have to roll.
Interest rate depends far too much on luck, and that can determine how well you will score.
The worth of your property should be factored in on total worth.
The selling of commodities seems hardly worthwhile.

But, all in all, it's a nice game. Just not a 10.

Sincerely,

Rusk Reeder

Office Chimp

"A Quality Game"

submission: Office Chimp
date: July 24, 2009

This is a quality game that is part office sim part dating sim. Your work your weay up the office ladder bky getting in good favor with your coworkers. You also have to deal with jealously between the coworkers. Although like the Hurrell brothers" games, there is some modern anarchist humor. However, it's a little less trashy than that of the Hurrell brothers, which is a good thing.

Pros:
Good artwork.
Solid game design.
Intelligent.
Very challenging.

Cons:
The trashiness is not bad and has some genuine humor, however, it weould be better to tone it down just a tad.
There is one drug use reference/possible interaction, which I don't like. It just made me lower my score from 9 to 8. We don't need that in games.

Comment: This is a little bit kindler and gentler than the Hurrell Brothers' games, so it might be suitable for a, say, 16- year-old, with a little adult supervision. It's a soft 17+ game.

Note: The game is very, very challenging. It will take many tries before you will get good enough to win.

Sincerely,

Rusk Reeder

The Legends of Hiro

"Not bad at all"

date: July 18, 2009

You have to search about for all the items to complete the quest, but lit gradually comes together and makes sense in the end. Ultimately satisfy, with good art an dialogue considering it was translated from German. A fine job.

Sincerely,
